    Answer: The Table does not fit flat against the wall when the leaf is down....In my situation it is not a problem.

    Answer: There are two drop leaves. With both leaves dropped table is 25 in. wide. Perfect for my small kitchen. I keep one leaf dropped all the time. Just love my table.

    Answer: No chairs included. Purchased two chairs separately which matched the top perfectly. Love the table. Fits perfectly in my small kitchen. The wood top is beautiful.
