On my bottle of 420 it says tip #1-'change your water regularly' huh?
Answer: It's referring to changing the water regularly in your bong (or other smoking apparatus) to avoid resin buildup. -
Question:
Is this the same as the regular 420 cleaner? Do you need to soak it overnight or can you clean the piece and smoke right after?
Answer: You can clean it and smoke it right after depending on how dirty your piece is, but for the best result, I recommend soaking overnight. If your piece is really dirty, soak it for like 3 days and use warm or hot water before and after soaking for easier resin removal. -

How long does it take to ship my item once I order it?

Can I use it on quartz?
Answer: Yes, it works great on metal, glass, rubber, so quartz should be no problem. -

What's the difference between this and the other formula 420?
Answer: The difference is that this formula does not have scrubbing particles. It's an excellent product. -
Question:
Can you use this on a silicone pipe?
Answer: Yes, it's excellent and nontoxic. Though silicone pipes are not commonly used. -
Question:
Can I use this on my wax coils for my concentrate pen?
Answer: If your coil can be rinsed in water, then yes. It may leave a lemony residue if not rinsed off. You can also use 90% rubbing alcohol for wax. -
Question:
Is it reusable?
Answer: I suppose it is, but it would be pretty gross. -
Question:
Is this safe for fabrics?
Answer: This cleaner is not intended for fabrics, but it can effectively remove cooking oil from glass items.
