- 1. Why is there water in the cup I received? Answer: because the ionic membrane of the hydrogen rich water cup needs to be kept wet in order to maintain its activity, purified water isusualy added to the electroltic cel in the process of production and covered with a dust cover for storage, which is conducive to maintainin the activity of the ionic memorane and can be used normaly without activation.Some models are dry membranes and do not have pre-installed water and need to be activated by the customer.ALTHY promises never to sell anv used products.2. How do I know if I need to activate the ion membrane? Answer: add clean water and turn on the equipment. If the bubbles generated by the equipment are dense, it means that the ionic membraneis active and does not need to be activated. there are no bubbles or there are few bubbles, follow the steps below to activate.Activate ion-exchange membrane: add warm water at 60 C and soak it for at least 4 hours. Under the condition of sealing, open the equioment for electrolysis twice continuousy. During the electroivsis process, the bubbles are gradualy dense, which means that theion-exchange membrane is gradually activated and can be used normally.3. How to solve the problem of water leakage in the equipment? Answer: Usualy, there are sealing rings at the joints of each part of the hyorogen-rich water cup. When there is water seepape or leakaze, irmost cases, the sealing ring is misplaced, not instaled properly, or the bottle body and the base are not tightened. When there is water leakageplease observe the position where the water leaks, check whether the sealing ring is installed correctly, whether the cup body has beentightened, and avoid the circuit board short circuit caused bywater entering from the charging interface. When you can't solve it, please contactcustomer service for help!4. Why are my test results biased? Answer: Because the water quality is different all over the world, the TDS value, PH value, water guality, temperature and other factors of thewater wil affect the values of PPB and 0RP, so when there s a devation in the test results, please understand! For the measurement of ppp,itis more accurate to use a professional hydrogen measuring reagent, The hydrogen measuring pen cannot measure the ppb value of high-concentration hydrogen-rich water!5. Why does the PH value of the water not change after working? Answer: The main function ofthe hydrogen-rich water cup is to generate hydrogen-rich water and reduce the 0RP value of water (note thatit isto reduce, notto generate ORP), which does not necessarily affect the PH value of water!Example: The ORP value ofyour national source water is +300m. After the electrolysis ofthe water cup, the ORP value ofthe waterwil change to -100mV ~ -300mV, which is a normal phenomenon, which means that the ORP value of the water decreases by 600.6.About how to choose the charging plug? Answer:The hydrogen-rich water bottle is not a smart product, so it cannot support fast chargers and high-wattage chargers (charger.exceeding 15W). You should choose a charging plug with a parameter of 5V1A or 5V2A to charge the device. Using a fast charger may cause failure of charging and damage to the circuit board.7.How should I clean the hydrogen-rich water cup daily? Answer:The cup body and base ofthe hydrogen-rich water cup can be separated. You can rotate and unscrew the cup body to wash and clear the cup body separately. As for the base, you can only wipe it with a wet towel. Do not put the base in water or rinse the base directly with water. This will cause water to enter the base, causing failure and damage to the hydrogen-rich water cup. Therefore, whether it is in use or cleaning, it is necessary to pay attention to the base not to enter the water because the base is not waterproof.
