Pelican Dry Boxes 1490-000-110 Editorial Review

The Pelican 1490 Laptop Case with Foam has received mixed reviews. It was noted to be not completely waterproof, with some users suggesting the addition of more clips for better water resistance. However, it has been praised for its durability, with one user sharing that their laptop remained unharmed after an accidental fall. The case was also said to provide a snug fit for certain laptops, such as the Lenovo Legion Slim 7i, while being spacious enough for additional items like charging cables. On the downside, it was described as heavy and not practical for regular use, especially for air travel, as it does not allow for much else to be carried inside. Some users found it suitable for storing tools and other equipment, but not as versatile for everyday use. Others appreciated its compatibility with specific electronic products, although they found the price to be quite steep. Overall, while the case offers substantial protection, there are concerns about its practicality and waterproofing.
