Much of the factory produced chocolate being sold today contains paraffin wax to keep a shiny finish on the surface of the chocolate. Our Shoppe does not add paraffin because it adds a waxy taste to the chocolate. Our shoppe is small, so we have good quality control. Each piece of chocolate is made by hand, one piece at a time.
- We could automate our process with machinery and not have as many employees, but we prefer to employ people who care about the product they are creating rather than use machines with no feelings. We provide you with fresh made chocolate full of heart and soul, made in the USA by Americans that care about pleasing you.
- (No-Melt Guarantee) If the order destination is warm, we automatically pack your chocolates in an insulated box with a reusable ice gel-pack. There is no additional charge for the No-Melt packaging.
- Our Nostalgic White Box holds one pound of Chocolate Caramel Pecan Turtles. Each turtle is made by hand, is larger and thicker than most turtles and therefore varies in size and weight. There are 12 to 16 turtles per pound. We thermal-seal in the freshness. Each box contains 2 half pound plastic bags filled with fresh Chocolate Caramel Turtles. If you order more than one pound, you will receive multiple one pound boxes.
