    répondre: The ring radius is 1 inch; the first ring base (point of swivle 1" either up or down, is ~5.25 in. from handle, and each is ~ 1.75 inches higher, with the last (4th) ~10.75 inche (ring tip fully extended is almost 12 in. from handle.

    répondre: You can,the rings are sturdy and not that thin. My husband weighs 245 so you should be good he was heavier when he started doing body suspension.
