One customer has been using it for over eight years and is highly satisfied, but is looking to replace it due to rust inside the button. The dispenser only works with specific Primo bottles. The product is affordably priced but may require extra money to make it work correctly, and the tubing may come apart and fall into the water bottle. An electric dispenser might be preferable to this manual version for those who find it difficult to use.
