This product is a pack of two Standard Stainless Steel Half-Size Steam Table Pans that are 2-12 inches deep and 24 gauge. The pans measure 12.9 x 10.5 x 2.5 inches, and two of these fit perfectly in the Winco Chafer, making them a great option for serving two smaller portions to save room on the buffet table. The pans can be used in the oven, but the metal is not overly thick, and unevenness might be an issue at higher temperatures. They can also be stacked, but anti-jamming would be necessary to prevent them from getting stuck together. The interior dimensions at the base are 5" x 11". Unfortunately, the product is not made in the USA and it has a tendency to rust. Customers have noted that the edges of the pan are sharp, but they can be sanded down. Overall, customers seem satisfied with the product, using it for a variety of purposes including as a water or grease pan for smokers and for use with a steam table. One customer even noted that it was the perfect height for their cat to walk into. However, the tendency to rust and sharp edges have been noted as downsides to the product.
