    répondre: Very white. Whiter than your average processed flour. It is the ultimate bakers flour.

Personally, I've used it for all the breads I've ever made but I don't have a bread machine so I'm not sure how it does in there. I hope that helps!

    répondre: You sure can! If your recipe calls for all-purpose you can just leave out the salt and baking powder/soda since they are already mixed in. It makes a soft and flaky texture, less chewy and almost a biscuit-like to homemade pizza dough.
