However, note that while the packaging says it can fit 11-year-olds and above, some adult users have felt that it is rather small and may not be suitable for them. Also, back of the packaging says it's not compatible with braces. Overall, it is an excellent product that is worth the price and is a lot cheaper than getting a custom-fitted mouthguard from a dentist.
