For the price, this coffee maker is a decent value but it is not without its drawbacks. One of the biggest complaints is that it takes forever to brew. Some users also report a burnt smell coming from the burner. This coffee maker has a very flimsy and cheap build quality. It also emits a strong plastic smell and does not keep coffee hot for long. Some users also report that the lid is very difficult to open. If you are looking for a coffee maker with a lot of features and temperature control, this is not the option for you.
