Although it doesn't taste exactly like beef, it's difficult for hardcore meat eaters to distinguish between the two. It requires seasoning, as does any meat, and can be used in a variety of dishes such as meatballs, chili, Italian meat sauces, and Asian dishes. Many customers recommend mixing it with other things, such as tacos or burgers with different toppings, to enhance the flavor. Overall, it's an excellent substitute for ground beef.
