The angle of the lights is taken into Consideration, meaning that if the bracket is mounted against a flat surface, the light heads will be pointed a bit downwards, and they should accommodate the upward angle of the rear license plate mount just fine. While it's not the cheapest option out there, this mounting bracket offers a lot of benefits. One major pro is that it's easy to install, and it's a quality product for the price. Another pro is that it allows you to use bigger hardware to mount the lights than the small sheet metal screws that come with the LED solar blast's light. The bracket is also small and looks great.
