There is no expiration date that the sellers are aware of, since the cheese is a real fresh product that gets tangier with age. The cheese comes with rind and in no wax coating. Most customers enjoyed the product with its great texture, flavor and long-lasting qualities. Customers enjoy the taste and recommend the Parmigiano for pasta recipes.
