Unfortunately, the caddy does not come with rubber grips at the bottom, which some customers did not find helpful as the felt pads kept slipping. The product is 18 1/2" in length. Overall, customers' reception of the caddy tray seems positive, as they find it most suitable for relaxing baths. However, some customers have received the product broken and were disappointed.
