- Castrol TranSynd 668 is a full-synthetic automatic transmission fluid engineered specifically for Allison on-highway automatic transmissions. Formulated to meet Allison's TES 668 specification (backward-compatible with TES 295 and TES 468), it delivers extended gear protection, anti-shudder durability, and clutch-friction performance well beyond conventional ATFs. TranSynd 668 supports extended drain intervals of up to 500,000 miles (48 months) in normal-duty applications and up to 250,000 miles (48 months) in severe-duty service — up to 12 times longer than conventional or non-TES fluids. This 5-gallon pail is ideal for fleets, shops, and heavy-duty vehicle owners performing scheduled transmission fluid changes.
