répondre: No. I indicated I needed an n-scale cleaning car and this listing came up with others clearly marked as n-scale products. However, nowhere is this product listed as HO which it most certainly is. I sent it back and payment was returned to my credit card. I know similar products are available in n-scale. -

répondre: Mine is HO; hope this helps. I assume you might be able to fine in ‘N’ scale; check with model railroading or possibly the UK; though they call their scales differently then US i.e. ‘HO’ US, is ‘HH’ in the UK but you should be able to find in whatever scale you use or a similar method of cleaning. -

répondre: It is as advertised. It is an HO Scale (1:87) 40 foot boxcar. It is 5 9/16” long. 5 9/16” x 87/12 = 40.33’. -

The Walthers Trainline Track PRR Cleaning Car is a product commonly purchased for keeping the track clean. It is an HO Scale (1:87) 40 foot boxcar about 5 9/16” long. The cleaning piece is removable from the boxcar, and the pieces are stone-like, not soft pads. One reviewer complained that the package was torn, with the blister pack broken open, and the plastic piece broke off as he wrestled with it. The product did not fit together well. The price was quite cheap, and basic for all it is. However, another customer reported that this funky and cool looking car not only looks great but also keeps the tracks clean and shiny, with no problem staying connected and no derailments. One user had a bad experience with this product, claiming it stripped the nickel plating off the wheels of one of his expensive engines because the car is too heavy to push around. Another buyer had a delivery issue; their product arrived with a broken coupler. **
