Solimeta Pump Accessories S52009 Editorial Review
The compact control switch for water management has garnered a mixed yet generally favorable reception among users, particularly for its intended niche applications. Designed specifically for shallow activation control in non-potable water and sewage environments, its limitations should be Considered when purchasing. Users find it functions optimally within a confined range of approximately 0.75 to 5 inches, making it ideal for small basins and tight tanks that require reliable, short cycling rather than broader water level regulation. Installation of the switch is notably straightforward, appealing to those with basic electrical knowledge. Users report that wiring connections are intuitive, allowing most individuals to set it up without difficulty. Regarding performance, the switch has been praised for its Consistent operation, with no reported instances of false triggering during testing, ensuring dependable functionality in sewage situations due to its turbulence insensitivity feature. However, it's important to note that the float must be fully submerged for activation, which can require up to six inches of water to trigger. Overall, this float switch is recommended for specific situations where its design fits, but Prospective buyers should remain aware of its limitations and intended use to maximize its effectiveness. **
