répondre: Royal Canin RS 26 is the normal renal food and royal canin RS 24 is called renal select it's more like dreamies biscuits, it's supposed to be more appealing for the CRF cats with no appetite. -

répondre: It's just a different flavour. But it is a useful alternative variety. My cat is diabetic and I also use Royal Canin 'light' RC 'digestive' and Purina 'Pro Plan diabetes management'. -
