The aluminum die-cast platter ensures precise playback, while the anti-skating mechanism helps maintain optimal tracking performance.
The high-density MDF cavity set enhances the overall sound quality, delivering rich and vibrant audio. In terms of specifications, the turntable features a belt drive motor for reliable performance and offers two rotational speeds - 33-1/3 rotations and 45 rotations. With a wow flutter of only 0.2%, you can enjoy distortion-free playback. The S/N ratio of over 67dB ensures clean and clear sound reproduction. The static balanced straight tonearm with an effective arm length of 8.8 inches provides accurate tracking, while the variable needle pressure range allows for customization according to your preference.
The compatible cartridge weight range is 0.1 - 0.2 oz, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of cartridges. The cartridge part of the TN-280BT-A3B is a VM type format, offering an output voltage of 2.5mV. The included ATN3600L replacement needle ensures optimal performance and longevity. For easy connectivity, the turntable provides analog output via RCA pin jack, with options for both phono and line output. The output voltage is 2.4mV ± 3 dB when using phono output, or 149mV (? 16.5dBV) for line output. The TEAC TN-280BT-A3B is designed with convenience in mind.
